Kunstcollectief Blos, with its registered office located at Dorpsplein 7, 9200 Dendermonde, is committed to respecting and carefully complying with the European privacy legislation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)¹ for the protection of personal data. This regulation has been in effect since May 25, 2018. Personal data is handled in accordance with this legislation.

Kunstcollectief Blos only processes personal data to comply with a legal obligation or if it was provided for the execution of an agreement. By doing so, you give Kunstcollectief Blos express permission to process your personal data for the intended purposes. Personal data is only processed in secure environments and systems. These are not accessible to the public. All our employees also receive clear guidelines and are sensitized and made aware regarding the handling and processing of your personal data.

Kunstcollectief Blos guarantees that:

If Kunstcollectief Blos no longer has legal grounds regarding the further processing of your data, or if your data is no longer necessary for the intended service, you have the right to have your personal data deleted.
